Interests Documentation

This page describes how the tabs, tables and numbers on the Interests page should be interpreted.

We currently have interests in two currencies:

Keep in mind that those two are different markets, of which TCGplayer is based on the USA, and Magic Cardmarket is based in Europe. This means that currencies are not simply conversions of each other. Cards can have different prices in different currencies.

How to use the tabs

There are also four different tabs, which each contain the tables described below. These tabs are:

Regular Interests based on the average price of cards currently being offered
Foil Interests based on the average price of cards currently being offered in foil printing
Market Interests based on the market price of cards for which cards are actually selling
Market Foil Interests based on the market price of cards for which cards are actually selling in foil printing

How to read the tables

The interests page shows the biggest movers compared to yesterday and to last week in tables, sorted by largest moving percentage by default. The tables are sortable by clicking on the headers. The tables are divided in the following columns:

Card Name of the card. If this field contains an asterisk (), it means that this card is on the reserved list
Set The set this card is in. On smaller screens it will only show the set icon rather than the name
NewToday's price
OldEither yesterday's or last week's price
%The percental difference between the New and Old price
