Banned and Restricted Announcement for February 9, 2026
Wizards of the Coast made a Banned & Restricted (B&R) update today. The only paper format affected is Commander.

Significantly, the Commander Format Panel declared that no changes to the hybrid mana rules in Commander will happen at this time.

Other Formats
No other paper formats were affected in today's update. However, Alchemy, Historic, and Timeless had many updates. You can find those here.
