Banned and Restricted - June 30, 2025 - Seven Cards Banned In Standard

Wizards of the Coast has just revealed their Banned & Restricted announcement for June 30th, and it's gonna be a massive shakeup for Standard. 

The following cards are banned in Standard:

Cori-Steel Cutter

Abuelo's Awakening

Monstrous Rage

$1.00 $2.29

Heartfire Hero

Up the Beanstalk

Hopeless Nightmare

This Town Ain't Big Enough

Additionally, the following updates have been made for other formats:

Cori-Steel Cutter is suspended in Alchemy, pending rebalance.

Tibalt's Trickery is banned in Pioneer Best-of-One.

Counterspell is unbanned in Historic.

These changes are effective immediately. The next update is scheduled for November 24th.
