Banned and Restricted Update, March 9th 2020

Wizards has decided to no longer have scheduled B&R announcements, but will do these announcements when they feel it's necessary. Last week there was a notice that there would be an announcement today, so most already anticipated some changes to formats. These changes will be effective from March 12th 2020.

Modern:

• Once Upon a Time is banned

Legacy:

• Underworld Breach is banned

Brawl:

• Golos, Tireless Pilgrim is banned

Historic:

The following cards are moved from suspended to banned:

• Oko, Thief of Crowns
• Once Upon a Time
• Veil of Summer

The following cards are moved from suspended to legal:

• Field of the Dead
